Why is my tracking number not working?

Similar to many businesses worldwide, to enhance employee safety, we (and many shipping carriers like USPS, UPS and Canada Post) are operating with a smaller distribution team and therefore shipping & delivery times and therefore are delayed/extended beyond our usual times.

What do I do if my order is stuck in transit?

Please note that many couriers, including USPS, UPS, Fedex & Canada Post, are no longer guaranteeing specific delivery times and many ONLINE systems are backlogged also. As such you will notice that the tracking details may not update on the website as quickly as you are used to. Rest assured that the order is on its way to you, and they are doing their best right now.

Estimated USA Deliveries: 3-5 days to process, and once processed, delivered in 7-28 business (M-F) days. Please refer to the product page description to see if this includes the products in your order.

Countries Outside USA: International Delivery (including Canada) from overseas takes 3-8 weeks. Australian orders may take up to 8-12 weeks to be received.
