Refund Policy

***We do our utmost to make all customers happy, but in the current global crisis, this can be difficult, so we thank you for understanding that our refund policy for 'delayed' packages' has been updated slightly to give time to all of our departments and shipping systems worldwide to catch up.  We understand your frustration, and thank you kindly for your patience during this extremely difficult time. 

We hope, as much as you do, that shipping times are back to normal for us again very soon.

Delayed Orders

We realize this time frame is not ideal for everyone, and ask those who can wait to please help us and others by being patient in this unprecedented time.  We are very much human and do read all your emails and our doing our utmost to help during this world crisis. We want you to get your order very much also.

If you have an extenuating financial circumstance and simply cannot wait this long, please kindly email us, and we will do our best to process your refund faster.

If you ordered to a USA address, if your order does not arrive in 60 days from your order date, we will issue a full refund as per your request. 

If you ordered to an address other than the USA, if you order does not arrive in 90 days from your order date, we will issue a full refund as per your request.

Broken or Damaged Product

Please give us 1-3 business days to answer your refund request, and all damaged products will be refunded or replaced at our cost.  

What if I changed my mind or don't like the product?

Please email us, kindly saying it is not your 'cup of tea' so we can process your refund. 

How long do refunds takes?

Once we have issued a refund, it make take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card or Paypal account.
