1. Where is my order confirmation email?

Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address). Please check your spam folder.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Update:
We are excited to announce that several of our best sellers now include fast USA shipping to USA customers of 7-14 business days.  Please refer to the product page description to see if this includes the products in your order.

For all other products and countries - delivery times for regular free standard delivery from overseas at the moment range from 3-6 weeks, but can take longer with the busy postal systems worldwide. Also, Australia orders may take up to 8-12 weeks to be received.  If this shipping time is too long, then you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund. After 24 hours of your order, we cannot issue refunds because of shipping times.

6. Do you provide more detailed tracking?

We provide your estimated date of delivery above, but not detailed tracking of your order at this time.

7. Will products be delayed coming from China? Do I have to worry about imports from China?

Statement the World Health Organization (WHO) updated March 2020:
Is it safe to receive a package from China or any other place where the virus has been identified?

Yes, it is safe. People receiving packages are not at risk of contracting the new coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or packages.

However, this may affect shipping and delivery times.

8. What payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

9. Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?

Not to worry!
Orders sometimes are shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times.

10. Refunds, missing or damaged items?

We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items.

Note, we do not cover return shipping costs for refunds. We cannot provide refunds for global shipping delays, but we can assure you that we will get your product to you even if it means sending it again.

11. Can I get insurance on my shipment?

Yes. For an extra 1.99, you can add worldwide shipping insurance which covers you fully for lost and damaged products. Note, this option is not any faster than regular free shipping.

12. Do you have wholesale pricing?
