1. Where is my order confirmation email?      

1. Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address). Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.  Note, if your email was mistakenly forgotten (which happens from time to time), then you will not receive the confirmation email. 2. Where is my order?

3. Do you provide more detailed tracking?    

3. We only provide detailed tracking if you paid for Expedited USPS Shipping option. For free regular shipping - we provide your estimated date of delivery above, but not detailed tracking of your order at this time.  

4. How long will my order take to arrive?      

4. Free drop-shipping from China takes 3-5 days to process, and then on top of this, delivery times AT THIS MOMENT for free shipping is between 4-12 weeks.   

4a. Will products be delayed coming from China?  Do I have to worry about imports from China?

 

 

Statement the World Health Organization (WHO) updated February 2020:  

  Yes, it is safe.  People receiving packages are not at risk of contracting the new coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or packages.
However, this may affect shipping and delivery times.

5. Can I get my order faster?

At the moment we are able to offer Expedited 7-14 day USPS shipping via USPS from our USA shipping company for our coin purses only within the USA only.  If you are ordering to the USA, you will see this option at check out with prices that vary based on weight.   This applies only to USA customers. See the option at checkout. Prices vary based on weight.

9. Where do you ship to?

 

9. Worldwide.  

10. Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?  

 

10. Not to worry,  orders for different products are shipped in multiple packages and will arrive at different times.  Our dream one day soon is to have all our favorite products coming from the same place, but this will take a bit more time before it is a reality.  We thank you for your patience with this.

11. Refunds, missing or damaged items?    

 

11. We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please just contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items.  Note, we do not cover return shipping costs.  

12. Can I get insurance on my shipment?  

 

12. Yes. For an extra 1.99, you can add worldwide shipping insurance which covers you fully for lost and damaged products. Note, this option is not any faster than regular free shipping.
