1. Where is my order confirmation email?
Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address). Please also check your spam folder. 2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Similar to many businesses worldwide, to enhance employee safety, we are operating with a smaller distribution team and therefore shipping & delivery times are delayed/extended beyond our usual times.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Similar to many businesses worldwide, to enhance employee safety, we (and many shipping carriers like USPS, UPS and Canada Post) are operating with a smaller distribution team and therefore shipping & delivery times and therefore are delayed/extended beyond our usual times.
What do I do if my order is stuck in transit?
Please note that many couriers, including USPS, UPS, Fedex & Canada Post, are no longer guaranteeing specific delivery times and many ONLINE systems are backlogged also. As such you will notice that the tracking details may not update on the website as quickly as you are used to. Rest assured that the order is on its way to you, and they are doing their best also right now.
Estimated USA Deliveries: 3-5 days to process, and once processed, delivered in 14-21 business (M-F) days. Please refer to the product page description to see if this includes the products in your order. *Note: this used to be 7-14 days, but with the current global shipping affairs, we are increasing the estimated length of deliveries to account for this.
Countries Outside USA: International Delivery (including Canada) from overseas takes 3-8 weeks. Australian orders may take up to 8-12 weeks to be received.

4. Where are your products made?
We work directly with high quality manufacturers with products made in the following countries: China, India, Bali & Singapore. For all USA orders we are able to offer shipping from our USA inventory in 7-28 business days.
We respect each person's decision to shop for locally made products from your home country, however, keep in mind that some of the world's best quality brands are made outside of North America.
5. What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
6. Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?
Not to worry. Orders sometimes are shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times.
7. Refunds, missing or damaged items?
We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items. Please see our refund policy for more information on refunds.
***Refunds can take up 10-15 business days to appear back on your original form of payment.
8. Can I get insurance on my shipment?
Yes. For an extra 1.99, you can add worldwide shipping insurance which covers you fully for lost and damaged products. Note, this option is not any faster than regular free shipping.
9. Do you have wholesale pricing?
Not at this time.
10. How can I be sure I am not getting scammed?
We are a North American company and a Mother-Daughter team and we can assure you that we go above and beyond to make our customers happy. ..it can just take us a few days to be able to get to your email, so we thank you for a few days patience for responses.
