Where is my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually 2-4 weeks. But please allow up to 6 weeks (in-case of customs/border delays).

Can I get my order faster?

At the moment we are able to offer 4-7 day USPS shipping via USPS for our coin purses only within the USA only.  If you are ordering to the USA, you will see this option at check out with prices that vary based on weight.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address if that differs from your check out). Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide.

Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?

We may send your order in multiple packages. The rest of your order is on it's way and should arrive within a short time frame.

Refunds, missing or damaged items?

We happily refund or replace any missing or damaged items, please just contact us and describe the problem, if at all possible send a photo of any damaged items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, that's just fine. We will refund your money with confirmation of a shipping tracking code. Please contact support to receive our most convenient return mail address!

Can I get insurance on my shipment?
Absolutely. For an extra 1.99, you can add worldwide shipping insurance which covers you fully for lost and damaged products.
