White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Soft, chewy cookies loaded with creamy white chocolate and sweet-tart cranberries. Perfect for gifting, cookie exchanges, or warm right off the tray.

Ingredients
For the Cookies:
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chunks or chips
¾ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, cream butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in white chocolate and cranberries.
Bake:
Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on the tray before moving.
