Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chunks
1 cup milk chocolate chunks
1 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until combined. Fold in the dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks, reserving a handful for topping.
Step 2: Scoop and Bake
Scoop the dough into 2-tablespoon portions and arrange them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
Press a few extra chocolate chunks on top of each cookie for a bakery-style appearance.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Step 3: Serve
