Healthy Homemade Coconut Oil Dark Chocolates

A rich, smooth, sliceable chocolate made from only coconut oil, honey, cocoa powder, and salt. This ratio of organic cocoa powder to other ingredients gives you a cleaner bite and better structure while staying completely natural.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup organic cocoa powder
A Tiny pinch of fine sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 — Melt the Coconut Oil
Warm the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat just until melted. Avoid overheating, which can cause the mixture to separate.
Step 2 — Mix in the Honey
Remove from heat and whisk in the honey until fully blended and smooth.
Step 3 — Add the Cocoa
Sift the cocoa powder into the warm mixture and whisk until smooth and thick with no lumps. Add a pinch of salt to enhance flavor.
The mixture should now look like a thick, glossy batter.
Step 4 — Pour and Shape
For sliceable chocolates: line an 8x8 inch cake pan with parchment and pour the mixture in evenly.
For molded chocolates: spoon or pour into silicone molds.
Step 5 — Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or freeze for 20–25 minutes until firm enough to slice or unmold.
Step 6 — Store
Keep chocolates refrigerated for everyday snacking or in the freezer for the firmest texture. These stay solid when chilled but will soften if left at warm room temperature.
KITCHEN TIPS
Keep refridgerated.
For even firmer chocolate, increase cocoa powder to a full cup.
If the mixture becomes too thick to pour, warm it gently for a few seconds.
Raw honey creates the smoothest flavor and blends easily.
Always store these chocolates chilled, as coconut oil softens quickly at room temperature.
