Gingerbread Latte Donuts

Ingredients
For the Donuts:
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
½ cup buttermilk
⅓ cup molasses
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Latte Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brewed coffee or espresso
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Make the Donuts:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease donut pans.
Whisk flour, brown sugar, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, molasses, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir gently.
Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds.
Bake 10–12 minutes until they spring back when touched.
Cool completely before glazing.
Make the Latte Glaze:
Whisk powdered sugar, coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
Dip donuts and let glaze set.
