Ingredients

4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Optional: pinch smoked paprika or chili flakes


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Bacon
In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to drain. Leave about 1 teaspoon of the bacon drippings in the skillet and discard the rest.

Step 2: Prepare the Eggs
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium-low heat. Pour in the eggs and cook slowly, stirring gently until soft and creamy. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Build the Skillet
