Ingredients

1 package (6) vol-au-vent pastry shells
1 cup heavy whipping cream
12 fresh strawberries


Instructions

Bake the vol-au-vent pastry shells according to the package directions until puffed, golden, and lightly crisp.

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Slice most of the strawberries, setting a few aside whole for garnish.

Allow the pastry shells to cool slightly.
