Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
Melt the chocolate chips gently using a stovetop double boiler or in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top and gently flatten.
Cover each with more melted chocolate, smoothing the tops.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
