Yield
12 peanut butter cups

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.

Melt the chocolate chips gently using a stovetop double boiler or in a heat-safe bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.

Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top and gently flatten.

Cover each with more melted chocolate, smoothing the tops.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until fully set.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
