3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies


Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Stir until soft and smooth.

Scoop spoonfuls of dough and roll gently into balls. Place onto the prepared baking sheet.

Using a fork, press each cookie down once, then again the other way to create a criss-cross pattern.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until the bottoms turn lightly golden.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
