Ingredients
2 bananas
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
Heat the coconut oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the maple syrup.
Place the banana slices in the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden.
Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until lightly caramelized.
Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon if desired and serve warm.
