Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 egg whites


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.

Add the egg whites and mix until a thick, glossy batter forms.

Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the tops are crackly and set.

Let cool completely before removing from the pan, as they will firm up while cooling.
