3-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles


Ingredients

12 ounces dark chocolate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter
Cocoa powder, for rolling


Instructions

Place the dark chocolate, whipping cream, and butter into a heatproof bowl.

Set the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water and stir slowly until fully melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for about 1 hour, or until firm enough to scoop.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls using your hands.

Roll each truffle in cocoa powder to coat.

Place on a parchment-lined sheet and return to the fridge for about 1 hour to fully set.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
