3-Ingredient Chocolate Strawberry Braid


Ingredients

1 (10x10-inch) sheet puff pastry
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
6–8 medium fresh strawberries, chopped


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the puff pastry sheet on a work surface and gently roll it to about 10x12 inches.

Cut slits about 1 inch apart along both long sides, leaving a 3–4 inch strip down the center untouched.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly down the center strip, then layer the chopped strawberries on top.

Starting at one end, fold the pastry strips over the filling, alternating sides to create a braid.

Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden, puffed, and the chocolate is melted.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
