3-Ingredient Chocolate Rolled Oat Bars
Ingredients
8 ounces dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk
3 cups rolled oats
Instructions
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk until just simmering.
Pour the hot coconut milk over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Add the rolled oats and stir until fully coated. Reserve a small amount of the melted chocolate for the top.
Pour the mixture into a lined 9x9-inch pan and spread evenly.
Drizzle the reserved chocolate over the top.
Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Slice into bars and serve chilled.
