Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the rolled oats until thick and well combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming about 8–10 cookies.
